UK delivery
We currently deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom.
Delivery costs are:
- £3.95 standard tracked delivery
- Free delivery on orders of £35 or more after discounts
The delivery charge and available options will be shown at checkout before payment.
Dispatch times
Orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 working days.
During particularly busy periods, especially October to December, dispatch may take 3–4 working days.
Delivery times
Royal Mail or the selected delivery provider usually delivers within a further 2–5 working days after dispatch.
Please allow approximately:
- 3–7 working days in total
- 5–9 working days during busy periods
These are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates.
Working days exclude weekends and UK bank holidays.
Delays and lost parcels
If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery period, contact:

We cannot accept responsibility for delays caused by incorrect delivery information supplied by the customer, events outside our reasonable control or delays caused by the delivery provider. This does not affect your statutory consumer rights.

Please check your delivery address carefully before completing your order. If an order has not yet been dispatched, contact us as soon as possible if you need to correct the address.
