Products and descriptions
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, colours and prices are accurate. Colours may appear differently depending on your device.
Product availability may change without notice. If we cannot fulfil an order, we will contact you and provide a refund where appropriate.
Prices
All prices are shown in pounds sterling unless stated otherwise.
Delivery charges are shown separately at checkout.
We reserve the right to correct obvious pricing errors. If an order has been placed at an obviously incorrect price, we will contact you before fulfilment and give you the choice to proceed at the correct price or receive a full refund.
Orders and payment
When you place an order, you are making an offer to buy the products selected.
An order confirmation confirms that we have received your order. A contract is formed when we accept the order and begin processing it.
Payment must be authorised before goods are dispatched.
Delivery
We currently deliver within the United Kingdom. Estimated delivery times are described in our Shipping Policy.
Delivery times may be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control. This does not remove your statutory rights.
Cancellation, returns and faulty goods
Your cancellation and consumer rights are explained in our Returns and Refunds Policy.
Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded or restricted.
Reviews and customer content
If you submit a review, photograph or other content, you confirm that it is genuine, accurate and does not infringe another person’s rights.
You give Sovemelle permission to use that content for reasonable business and marketing purposes. We may remove content that is unlawful, misleading, offensive or unrelated.
Website use
You must not misuse this website, introduce malicious software, attempt unauthorised access or use the website for unlawful purposes.
Intellectual property
The Sovemelle name, branding, text, images and website content belong to Sovemelle or its licensors. They must not be copied or used commercially without written permission.
Limitation of liability
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation or any liability that cannot legally be limited.
Subject to that, Sovemelle is not responsible for indirect losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was formed.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version applying to your order will be the version displayed when you placed that order.
Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere in the United Kingdom, you retain any mandatory consumer rights available to you under the law that applies to you.
